  1. If you have a mouse that has a "scroll roller" (I don't know what it's called), you can hold down the CTRL key and rotate the roller upwards and that will make any text larger.
  2. I use Grammarly and it is free. It has lots of features to help you write better, but I only use the spell checker. grammarly.com/‎
  3. Well that's great, Jean! Glad you figured it out.
  4. Hi Jean, I don't know if this will help you or not. When I click on print, I see where I can just type in the size I want the picture to be. Do you see something that says "advanced" or "more options"? Just click on any link, if you see any, to find out what they do. Maybe someone else will come along with a better idea.
  5. If she has other email addresses, she should probably try each of those first and see if one will work. Just a thought.
  6. I use The Weather Channel. Weather.com. It works just as you described your previous weather.
  7. Hi Sylvia, Pat used to make siggies for us here on C8 so she may know who to direct you to. You can find her most days on the Good Morning thread where a few of us meet each day. Please join us there and ask your questions there. Also Jack who is on C8 frequently but doesn't post, offers them on another forum. He might be able to make some for you. Maybe he will read here and answer your questions. Hope to see you on the Good Morning thread!
  8. Hi Rita Ann, I see that no one has helped you with your problem. I'm certainly no expert, but I would check the levels of ink on the printer. Maybe some needs to be replaced.
  9. I'll put in my 2 cents worth. Ransomeware attacked my computer last week and only locked up my files and desktop. Did not stop my email or anything else. I read that Malwarebytes would remove it and since I already had it, I ran it and it was able to remove the Ransomeware. I used the free Malwarebytes, but after it did a such a good job I decided to pay the $25 (1 time payment) for the Pro version and it runs all of the time. I hope it will keep Ransomeware from attacking my computer again.
  10. Hi Ruth, hope to "see" you again soon!
  11. These are great, Pat! Thanks for sharing.
  12. I also wish we didn't have to see the ads on every page. Just a small annoyance, otherwise love C8.
  13. Sp3

I finally installed Sp3 a couple of weeks ago. Haven't had any problems with it so far so I think it's working ok for me. I know it caused a lot of problems for a lot of people. Hope you don't have problems with it if you decide to install it.
  14. Thanks Ben David! I always think it's my computer so I was glad to hear that it wasn't just me. Thanks for always being here when we have a problem.
  15. Can someone help please? I can get to the "View New Posts" page, but when I click on a new post, I get an error message: Parse error, unexpected $end, expecting ')' in/home/infoave/public_html/sources/action_public/topics.php on line 2558. I started getting the error last night and hoped it would be "fixed" this morning. Thanks to anyone who can help!
