I've liked Perfect Utilities, one of the Cloudeight recommended freeware downloads, until being notified that there was a new version, 3.03. When I went to d/l it, it wanted to d/l Relevant Knowledge, and like an idiot, I went along. Since then my system (running XP Home) is glacial. I used add/remove to uninstall and have looked through the registry, etc., following assorted instructions, and have found no lingering trace so far, but there's little improvement. What can I do? Thanks!

CSG, I would use the add'remove and uninstall the newest version with the R. Knowledge. This part of the program is maware and spyware and many antispyware programs etc have noted this in scans. So, I would remove and then go back to the older version and use this site http://www.putils.com/ and look in the left sifde and find the version prior to 3.03......3.02 or 3.01
